We specialize in grilled and smoked meats and fish. Our menu features a wide variety of marinated and cooked dishes that you won't find anywhere else. With the start of the 2024 winter season, we've expanded our offerings to include our own smoked products, crafted in our custom-built smokehouse in collaboration with METME.

Making a smokehouse

We were determined to offer our customers something truly special. We wanted our menu to be unique, featuring dishes that you couldn't find anywhere else. Our goal is to provide an unforgettable gastronomic experience to everyone who dines with us. As a grill bar, we knew we could offer more. We wanted to smoke our own meats! That's why we collaborated with METME to create a custom smokehouse for Moby. Here's a look at our journey.

Our head chef is a master of smoking. All of our marinades and spice blends are made from the chef's original recipes and can only be found at our restaurant. We smoke our meats using a carefully developed method to ensure the highest quality and flavor. Your taste buds will thank you.
